	We want to thank you for your interest in our air filter recycling program. We have an effective program that offers considerable savings on equipment operating costs. We use a water cleaning process which allows a through cleaning unlike many air machines. We do not use any hazardous chemicals or liquid cleaners that may damage your filters. 	*Dusty’s* FREE pick up and delivery service will come to your site once a week to pick up and deliver processed filters at a location you designate. For processed filters a billing invoice will be left at your site for your records. At the end of the month a billing statement will be sent to you which should be paid by the 10th day of the month. Dusty’s is more than just a cleaning service. We are an Authorized Baldwin Filter Distributor that can offer you products at wholesale prices. Contact your local sales representative for details regarding our Inventory Management Services. Because of the various condition of filters received, Dusty’s can not be responsible for any damage to a filter as a result of trying to clean it. You will not be charged for any filter rejected and this will be noted at the bottom of your weekly invoice. 	Our Process
	1. Filters are visually inspected for damage prior to cleaning. Any issues that can be corrected are addressed at that time. If a problem can not be resolved the filter will be rejected.
	2. Filters are put through our thorough water-based cleaning process. During the process our cleaning technicians will inspect the water flow through each filter to ensure there is no previously undetected damage.
	3. Each filter is then thoroughly dried.
	4. Each filter will be subjected to a third inspection process looking for pin holes, tears, or any sign of media separation. Each filter is bench tested ensuring proper air flow and sealing surfaces. Again, any questionable filter will be rejected.
	5. Each filter is then marked to record the number of times cleaned. Filters are carefully boxed and identified with the customers name and filter number to ensure accurate delivery.
